The Mad House is entering into new territory this Christmas… LEGO territory.  My son is the perfect age for them, and my daughter is finally old enough to be trusted not to swallow them or stick  them up her nose (hopefully).   So, he is going to be getting his first sets of LEGOs this year, including my LEGOs from when I was little.  You have to love toys that last!

If you have LEGO lovers in your household, you should definitely check out this fun site where you can create your own LEGO Minifigure Family. You can even use the site as a way to distract your kids who are immediately bored of Christmas vacation.   Let those kids loose on the site, allowing them to create each member of the family (even the pets) and adding them to a holiday setting.

You can choose from a wide variety of expressions and outfits to really capture every member of the family. We turned our family into silly Christmas minifigures, but you can go more traditional too.  It’s fun to see what silly combinations you can create with all the different options. When you are finished you can download the image and share it!
