Ingredients
- 2 cup precooked chicken shredded
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 stack celery diced
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dill optional
- 1 TBSP fresh chives chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, celery, mustard, salt, pepper and dill, in a large bowl.
- Add in the shredded chicken and stir to coat it with the dressing.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Finely chop chives for garnish.
- Serve over a croissant as a sandwich or over a fresh salad. Garnish with chopped chives.
