PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE SUGAR SCRUB

September 4, 2020 by madincrafts 9 Comments

HAPPY SEPTEMBER! Time for pumpkin everything, everywhere, always. I am one of the basics who love me some PSL in September and October.   That’s why I was so happy when I was able to make a sugar scrub with the ingredients and scents from my favorite fall beverage.  You can use this recipe to make a single batch of pumpkin spice sugar scrub or you can double or quadruple it, and give jars as gifts to your friends.

Fall Jars Week graphic

This is my day’s offering in this week’s Fall Jars series.  I’ve teamed up with five other bloggers to share daily fall-inspired mason jar crafts.  You will find links to their projects at the bottom of this post.

HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN SUGAR SCRUB

There is real pumpkin in the scrub, which is actually pretty good for your skin.  It’s full of vitamins and alpha hydroxy acids that will help your skin look and feel smoother.  Just BE SURE to refrigerate this scrub and use it within two weeks or it will go bad.

NOTE: Some people are sensitive to the cinnamon in the recipe. Feel free to omit it completely!
