I am already a huge fan of the line of Glitterific paint from FolkArt. The unique paint formula consists of a clear gel base in which different sizes and shapes of glitter are suspended. You brush on the Glitterific like regular paint (albeit a bit thicker paint than many) which then dries to a spectacular glittery finish. It’s all the fun of adding glitter to a project without any of the typical glitter mess. I played with several Glitterific colors last year, so I was thrilled to hear that FolkArt was expanding the shade range with five new neon Glitterific colors.
NEON GLITTERIFIC HEARTS
New Neon Glitterific Colors
Since I am serving as a Plaid Creator this year, they sent me the new shades to try out (but all the opinions in this post are 100% my own). The new rainbow of colors includes: Neon Pink, Neon Tangerine, Neon Yellow, Neon Lime, and Neon Berry. The bright glitter contained in each bottle is perfect for spring and summer craft projects.
Neon Glitterific Color Swatches
I wanted to see what each of the colors looked like in action, so I paint craft wood hearts with coordinating acrylic paint which I then topped off with two coats of neon Glitterific paint.

Where Can You Buy Glitterific Paint?
Neon Glitterific will be available in your local craft stores by this summer. As of this post’s writing, you can also find it on Plaid’s and JoAnn’s websites. Amazon doesn’t stock the neon colors yet, but you can tide yourself over with the other gorgeous shades. As soon as the neon colors are available on Amazon, I will update this post.
