I am a Plaid Ambassador. I was sent free product to try out, but this is not a sponsored post. All opinions are 100% my own.
I love the look of watercolor paint, but it doesn’t work on that many surfaces. The new line of gel watercolors and tools from Martha Stewart Crafts aims to change that. Plaid has just released a line of gel formula acrylic paints that can be used to create watercolor effects on a variety of surfaces. Plaid says about the paint:
Martha Stewart Crafts Watercolor Craft Paint is a high quality, multi-surface, gel formula, transparent, acrylic watercolor paint that can be used in its concentrate form or diluted with water to create soft watery effects.
They sent me a few colors of the paint and the watercolor tools to try out for myself, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you guys.

I am excited to try these paints out on other surfaces to see how they work. I think they would be really pretty on raw craft wood frames, so I might have to grab some from the craft store ASAP. Right now, these paints and tools are only available at Michael’s stores. When I find places to buy them online, I will update this post with links.
