PRINTING THE GINGERBREAD CONTEST PRINTABLES
After you have saved the printable to your computer, load your color printer with either regular printer paper or light cardstock. Print the enough ballots for everyone at the party. Print one copy of the two sheets of award certificates.
After you have printed the PDFs, you will need to cut them to size. Cut the ballots along the edges and cut the award certificate sheets in half to separate the certificates.
HOW TO HAVE A GINGERBREAD HOUSE CONTEST
Each person (or team) in the gingerbread house contest should create a unique gingerbread house design. If you would like to add a challenge to the contest you can set a time limit for the build or identify a specific theme that the houses must use.
When the houses are all built, everyone in the party should fill out a voting ballot. Then those votes can be tallied and the various winners can be announced. You can choose to have a small prize that goes with each award or just give the winners their award certificate.
