BUFFALO CHICKEN CUP RECIPE
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS EASY APPETIZER RECIPE
While you can make your own crispy cups out of premade phyllo dough, this recipe is even easier through the use of phyllo pastry shells. You can find them in your local grocery store or online.
You will want to use your favorite buffalo sauce for this recipe. My family likes the Buffalo Wild Wings Hot Sauce, but Frank’s Red Hot or other buffalo sauces work well too.

BUFFALO CHICKEN CUPS PARTY APPETIZER
In a medium bowl, stir together the chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and most of the cheddar cheese. Season this mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Place one phyllo shell in each cavity of a muffin pan. If you have a mini muffin pan, the shells will fit even better, but a standard pan is just fine. Spoon the buffalo chicken dip mixture into each shell, sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese, and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven when the shells are golden brown, and carefully transfer the baked shells to a serving platter. Garnish the cups with chopped green onions.
You can serve these cups as they are or with dipping sauces. I like to put out small bowls of ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing, or more buffalo wing sauce. These are tasty and easy snacks for your game-day party!

- Phyllo Baking Shells
- 1/2 Pound Shredded Chicken
- 5 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- Green Onion Optional Garnish
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, 4oz cheddar cheese, salt & pepper.
- Place the phyllo shells into a muffin tin and fill each shell with the Buffalo chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese & green onion on top.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Serve while warm.
