I love me a charcuterie board because they make me feel fancy while doing one of my favorite things (aka eating meats and cheese). There are plenty of tasty fresh veggies that you can add to your snack board so you feel like you are making better choices. Add a touch of whimsy to your holiday spread with an adorable Easter bunny veggie tray complete with homemade ranch dip.

WHAT YOU NEED TO ASSEMBLE A VEGGIE TRAY FOR EASTER
You can use your favorite vegetables and snacks for this board, but I think raw green veggies look the prettiest! You will also need mini Babybel cheeses and another white cheese to create the little Easter bunnies on this cute Easter bunny veggie tray.

HOW TO MAKE A CHEESE BUNNY
The stars of this Easter bunny veggie tray are the little bunny-shaped cheeses. They are simple to make and delicious to eat!
Start by using a paring knife to cut small bunny ear shapes out of a slice of white cheese. Think of cutting a tall, rounded triangle. I recommend using something like Jack cheese or mozzarella as they are easier to cut but still hold their shape. White cheddar is delicious but can be crumbly.
Cut a toothpick in half. Insert the two halves of the toothpick in an unwrapped mini Babybel cheese, as seen above. Skewer the middle of each ear you cut onto the toothpicks. You could use pimentos or black olives to create the bunny’s face, but I think it is awfully cute as is.
HOW TO SET UP THE EASTER VEGETABLE TRAY
Arrange the board by placing the small bowl of ranch veggie dip in a decorative bowl in the center of the board. Add a few lines of crackers fanned out over the board. Then fill in the board with fresh veggies and finish by adding on a few cheese bunnies. This healthy snack will be a hit at your Easter celebration!
