Fall is knocking at the door, so I have gotten the itch for fall crafting. This week I will be sharing a handful of fall craft projects that use one of my favorite new craft paint lines: FolkArt’s Treasure Gold. These stunning, non-toxic metallic craft paints will give your autumn DIY projects just the right touch of glam. I used the four shades to make some beautiful and easy Thanksgiving napkin rings (that you can use all season long).
EASY THANKSGIVING NAPKIN RINGS FROM THE DOLLAR STORE
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THANKSGIVING NAPKIN RINGS

I found the rest of the supplies for this project at Dollar Tree. They almost always have this metallic floral wire in stock in their floral section, but the wood stickers are a seasonal item. Feel free to substitute any small wood shapes that you would like for this project.

ASSEMBLING THE DIY NAPKIN RINGS
First give your wood shapes a coat of Treasure Gold paint in whichever shade you would like. Or go nuts and use all four colors!
While they are drying, make a set of my 2-minute napkin rings. They couldn’t be easier to make. By the time you have finished making 5 or 6 napkin rings, your embellishments should be dry.
Use a small amount of hot glue to attach one or two of the painted wood shapes to each wire napkin ring. Be careful not to burn yourself!
In almost no time, you have beautiful napkin rings for your Thanksgiving table!
USING FALL NAPKIN RINGS
Fold a linen napkin in half and then roll it up. Slide the napkin ring down to the middle of the rolled napkin. Repeat for as many place settings as you need for your meal.

These napkin rings are terrific! They’re easy to make and the supplies are ones I have on hand. I never thought (imagine!) to use that floral wire for napkin rings. I sometimes use cardboard “rings” from toilet paper rolls, covered, and that is hard to do. I love these! Thanks so much for sharing. I wish I had your insight!
