Have you seen the new painting trend that’s circulating the interwebs? This easy scrape painting technique produces gorgeous abstract patterns in seconds. I played around with the technique to create some easy scrape paint note cards. This is a fun and easy ways to try this trend out for yourself.

I decorated my cards with washi tape, foam stickers, scrapbook embellishments, and glitter letters. This can be a great way to use up any stash of embellishments you have in your craft space.
Since this technique is so easy, this is a fun project to do with kids. I suggest using washable paints rather than craft paint, but they will love seeing how the paints layer and blend. Maybe make a few homemade Mother’s Day cards this weekend!
