Instead of giving individual gifts to teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, at my son’s school the parents bring in treats that can be enjoyed by the whole staff. For that week, the break room is filled with muffins and cookies, coffee and chocolates. For my contribution, I made up some easy strawberry dip to go with a fresh fruit platter. This simple and healthy treat is also great for birthday parties or just as a summer snack.
In a mixing bowl, gently fold together 1 cup of strawberry yogurt and 1/2 cup of whipped topping. Spoon into a 12 oz. mason jar and chill for at least one hour before serving.
