I am always looking for ways to increase my daily water intake. Sometimes I will realize that it’s been days since I have had a glass of water, and that’s just no good. I have been trying a few infused water recipes to add flavor to my plain H2O to make it more palatable to drink. I found a fun mason jar lid insert that helps me a ton.
I like using this fruit infusion lid because it keeps me from swallowing any seeds or bits of fruit or herbs.
The infuser snaps right into the ring of a mason jar lid, which you can screw right on the lid of any mason jar. I like to use these mason jar mugs because the handles are so, well, handy.
I am always so excited when fresh berries are back in season in the Spring. This infused water uses plenty of raspberries, quartered strawberries, and blueberries.
If you like mojitos, you will love this combination! Slice up three slices of lime, a half dozen slices of cucumber, and add in a few mint leaves. So fresh!
This is probably my favorite of the three infused water versions. I used a few slices of lemon and a handful of raspberries to make water that was both sweet and tart. Do you have any favorite infused water recipes? I’d love to hear them!
