While I have nothing against cutesy Easter decorations — I’ve shared plenty of them here on the blog — they don’t represent the real joy of Easter. The peace of Easter comes from the certainty of Christ’s resurrection. You can make your own I Know That My Redeemer Lives sign to focus your home’s decor on the wonderful gospel news of Easter.

To get the SVG file, just sign up for my SVG Club and you will receive this free SVG file as a thank you gift! As a member of the club, you will receive one new SVG file every month. These SVG files are ready to upload directly into your favorite cutting machine’s design software. Insert the file into a new project, then resize it to fit the project you will be making. You can use them to make shirts, mugs, cards, signs, and more! This file is for personal use only, so please don’t sell anything you make with this design.
HOW TO MAKE AN EASTER SIGN WITH AN SVG
While you can certainly build your own sign framework, I love using premade blank signs for projects like this. You can find pallet signs or framed signs at your local craft store or online. If you use rough wood, I recommend either lightly sanding the wood or using a self-leveling sealer to treat the wood before adding vinyl.
Save the free SVG to your computer and then upload it into Design Space. Place the image in a new canvas and resize it to suit your sign.
Load your machine with adhesive vinyl and adjust your settings to match the type of vinyl you are using. If you are using iron-on vinyl, be sure to mirror your design before cutting!
Weed the design, then use transfer tape to position the design on your sign. Rub the vinyl onto the wood and carefully remove the transfer tape to reveal your new sign.
For added security, you can coat the sign with vinyl or resin to make the design permanent.
