HALLOWEEN FUNFETTI CUPCAKES IN A JAR
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE HALLOWEEN FUNFETTI CUPCAKES
Just like I did before Valentine’s Day, I stocked up on Pillsbury™ mixes as we head into Fall. I found the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Halloween Cake Mix and Vanilla Flavored Frosting at the Bake Center at my local Walmart; all other Pillsbury™ goodies are in the regular Bake Aisle.
PUTTING TOGETHER CUPCAKES IN A MASON JAR
I baked up 24 cupcakes according to the package directions. While they were baking I prepped the mason jars and transferred the frosting into a zipper bag for easier piping.
In each jar, I placed two layers of cupcake and frosting, beginning with cake and ending with frosting. You could also add in different layers of frosting with other Pillsbury™ frosting too!
DECORATING HALLOWEEN CUPCAKES
If you have kids in the house, get them involved in assembling and decorating the cupcakes. Some of our favorite family moments are spent mixing up a treat in the kitchen.
Finally, I topped the desserts off with the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Halloween sprinkles and some fall candy. Since I had the cake mix and frosting set to go, these Halloween treats took very little time to make, but they are still festive and fun.
