Household binders allow you to have a central location for important information, cleaning checklists, family birthdays, monthly schedules, and more. I created a collection of Canva templates to help you create a binder of your own. ACCESSING THE FREE HOUSEHOLD PRINTABLE TEMPLATES

Once you have done that you will receive a link to download a PDF with instructions for accessing the Canva templates. You don’t have to print the PDF, just save it to your device.
You will need a Canva account to edit the customizable templates. A free Canva account will edit these templates just fine. You DO NOT need Canva Pro to edit them; however, Pro will give you more options for photo editing.

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE THE CANVA TEMPLATES
Follow the detailed user instructions in my user-friendly PDF to gain access to the free templates. About half of the free template pages are pre-made cheat sheets and checklists for common household tasks. The rest are customizable templates where you can insert your own information using the Canva editor.
How to Customize the Canva Household Binder Templates
- Open the PDF and read through the instructions.
- Sign into your Canva account.
- Click the template link towards the bottom of the PDF or copy and paste the link into your browser.
This will open a tab on your computer with a screen stating that I am sharing a template with you.
- Click the purple Use Template button at the bottom of the screen.
This will open a new Canva canvas containing six individual mockups.
- Change the name of the file to whatever you would like the finished file name to be.
- Customize the tables and the text placeholders with your household’s information.
Feel free to duplicate or delete pages as needed.
- When you are happy with the final product, click the Share button in the top right corner of the screen.
Save the file as a PDF for printing.
- Print the binder pages on printer paper and place them in a 3-ring binder.
WHY UPGRADE TO CANVA PRO
You can use the free Canva or Canva Pro version to edit these templates. The free version of Canva is an amazing tool for creating graphics to use online or in print.
