Welcome to the second day of Mad for Plaid week. This week I am sharing fun Christmas tutorials that feature my favorite pattern of the moment: PLAID!
I wanted to add a bit of plaid to my Winter Pom Wreath for Christmas this year. I had added a plaid bow to it in the past, but it ended up looking just a bit too much like Colonel Sanders.
I ended up finding a cute and quick solution in my fabric stash. Check out how easy it is to make this frayed bow wreath hanger with supplies you may already have.
This whole process took me maybe five minutes, and, since I used material from my stash, it was totally free. You could replicate this idea with a piece of fabric, a length of ribbon, or with a winter scarf. Watch the video below to see how easy it is to do!
If you haven’t already subscribed to my YouTube channel, now’s your chance! You will get first access to creative tutorials like this one, as well as crafty book reviews, shopping hauls and more!
Today Mrs. Green and Viv from The V Spot are sharing their own festive plaid crafts, so be sure to pay them a visit. Then check back in the rest of this week for more Mad for Plaid holiday tutorials!
