We are completing these tasks not just to make our home look better, but to improve upon our investment. We really try to take the blessing of home ownership seriously to make the best decisions for the long haul. It is crazy to me that only 7 months ago, we were only starting our search for a new home.
Before we started physically looking at homes to buy, I spent quite a bit of time browsing online for homes in the area. This not only gave me an idea of what kind of homes were available, it clued me into about how much home we could expect to get for our money.

We are indescribably thankful that we were able to purchase our own home. Home ownership is something I would not have even dreamt about a few years ago. Fortunately, we are still in a great buyers’ market, and real estate values are beginning to rise again, so owning a home is not as much of a financial risk as it was in the recent past.
