USING THE PRINTABLE TREAT BAG TOPPERS FILE
After you have saved the PDF to your device, open it up, and send it to your color printer. The treat bag toppers will print two per sheet, so print out as many as you will need to top all of your Halloween treat bags. Cut the treat bag toppers using scissors or a paper trimmer. Fold each bag topper in half lengthwise. Fill a zippered plastic bag with Halloween treats and slip the topper over the top of the bag. Secure the topper to the bag with tape or staples.
