As a blogger, I spend even more time with technology over the course of a day than the average American, and that is saying something. Whether I am promoting a new post, cooking up a new recipe, or communicating with fellow bloggers, a digital screen is likely to be involved one way or another. When Lenovo gave me the chance to try out the new YOGA Tablet 2 Pro I was ecstatic! The tablet was designed “for those who do” and as an artsy DIYer, I am doing something creative and tech based just about every day.
I usually start my day by publishing my newest blog post and then checking out all the new posts and videos in my RSS reader. I love watching YouTube videos on my YOGA because I can expand the video to fill the whole screen and the sound quality is fantastic. The built-in stand also has a hanging hook, so I could even hang the tablet up and watch it like a TV.
The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 Pro is meant to be a home-use tablet, and its design makes it easy to move from room as I need it. I prop the YOGA up on its built-in stand in the kitchen so that I can pull recipes off the internet. The screen is big enough for me to be able to easy read the recipe from a few feet away, so I am not squinting at my phone screen over a pot of boiling water.
Being a creative blogger means I get to connect with other creative people. I can set up my YOGA Tablet 2 Pro quickly to jump on a video call with fellow bloggers or to do a live hangout of a craft tutorial. The YOGA sets up much more quickly than my laptop and takes up less real estate on my work surface.
My absolute FAVORITE feature of my YOGA is its built in Pico projector. The projector is built into the tablet’s barrel so I can project digital images onto the wall or other work surface. I used the project to create my Handmade in Michigan sign to make a perfect silhouette of my state. My mind is reeling with all the ways I can use the projector for projects around the house.
If this seems like I am giving my YOGA a workout, it’s true. But since the battery lasts approximately 15 hours of in-use time, I don’t have to worry about the battery wearing out before I do. You can really tell that Lenovo had the buyer in mind when they created this tablet because its functionality is off the charts!

The projector is one of my favorite features too. The Lenovo YOGA is perfect~! I love how you have paints organized on your wall. What & where did you get the holder? I’d love to do that for mine!
