HOW TO USE THE FREE PRINTABLE PARTY PLANNER
Whether you are planning a child’s birthday party, a class reunion, an anniversary party, or a simple party at home, these printables can help you streamline your decision-making for the special day. While they won’t make party planning stress-free, I hope these printable party guide worksheets will help you enjoy the process!
USING THE PARTY BRAINSTORMING PRINTABLE
Filling out the brainstorming printable should be the first step in your party planning process. You might want to print out more than one of these sheets so that you don’t feel limited by the 7 slots for each topic. Try to not weigh the pros and cons of each list of things on the worksheet. The brainstorming process is really about throwing everything at the wall. You can determine what sticks later.
If I know it is going to be a themed party, I like to brainstorm all the party themes that might work and decide on one before moving on to the other aspects of party planning. It’s a lot easier to choose a caterer, for instance, if you know that you are having a cowboy-themed party rather than a Parisian party.
Once you have a theme set, you can start doing research on vendors and venues for the party. You can limit expenses by price-comparing all the options on your list.
USING THE PARTY PLAN PRINTABLE
Unlike the brainstorming worksheet, the party plan printable is the place to document all the finalized event planning decisions you make about your party. Then you will have all the final choices about your party in one place. This can kind of be your party bible as you get into crunch time before the day of the party.
