HOW TO MAKE A FRENCH 75 COCKTAIL

Equipment

  • cocktail shaker
  • strainer or slotted spoon
  • champagne flute

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces champagne
  • lemon slice

Instructions

  • Pour all of the ingredints into a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill the shaker up to the brim with ice.
  • Shake the cocktail well, and strain the cocktail into a champagne flute.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.
