SPICED RUM GINGERBREAD COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 1 gingerbread cookie or a ginger snap
  • ½ - ¾ cup ice
  • ¾ oz. spiced rum
  • ½ oz. brandy
  • 4 oz. eggnog

Instructions

  • Crush one gingerbread cookie into crumbs.
  • Moisten the rim of the glass with a bit of eggnog, then dip the glass into the crushed cookies.

  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add in the spiced rum and brandy into the shaker.

  • Pour in the eggnog as well.

  • Shake it up until well combined and very cold. Pour all the ingredients into the rimmed glass.
