Sausage, Bacon and Cheese Quiche



  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean┬« Regular Premium Pork Sausage cooked and drained
  • 8 slices of Wright┬« Brand Hickory Smoked Bacon cooked and cut into pieces
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Gouda shredded


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Press pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate. Poke crust with fork to allow air to escape while baking.
  • Bake the empty pie crust in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Pour sausage, bacon, green onions, and cheese into the pie crust.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Pour evenly over the quiche filling.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
