In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Stir in the grape jello. Stir until the jello is dissolved.
Pour in the vodka and raspberry liqueur. Stir to combine.
Pour the jello mixture into condiment cups.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or until jello is set).
Top each jello shot with whipped cream.
Garnish with sprinkles.
