Add the shea butter and coconut oil to a heat-safe bowl or measuring cup.
Heat in the microwave on high for 1 minute, then remove and stir well. If not fully melted, heat for an additional 30 seconds, then stir well again.
Transfer to a bowl or a stand mixer, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator, and beat on high for 5 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides every minute, until you have a light and fluffy cream.
Add the fragrance oil and mix on low to incorporate.
Add mixture to an airtight jar.
