Ingredients

  • 4 oz. frozen Greek yogurt 4 cubes
  • 4 oz. frozen pure pumpkin 4 cubes
  • 1 c vanilla TruMoo Protein Plus
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 T honey

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve with a straw.
