Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs and then whisk in the flour and water.
  • Boil a large pot of water in which you have dissolved a bouillon cube.
  • Drop the batter through the spaetzle maker into the boiling water, and boil the spaetzle until they float to the top.
  • Use a slotted spoon to move the spaetzle from the pot and into a serving bowl.
