GIANT STRAWBERRY POP TART RECIPE

Equipment

  • Rolling Pin
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • vanilla frosting
  • strawberry jelly
  • rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Roll out the two sheets of pie dough.

  • Trim the two crusts to be rectangles that have the same dimensions.
  • Spread the strawberry jelly on one of the rectangles - leaving a 1-inch border around the perimeter of the rectangle bare.

  • Lay the other rectangle pie crust on top.
  • Seal the edges of the crust with a fork.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or into the crust has turned golden brown.
  • Carefully transfer to a cooling rack and allow it to fully cool.

  • Frost the pop tart with vanilla frosting.
  • Decorate with sprinkles.

  • Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to cut the giant pop tart into quarters to serve.
