Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 frozen banana freeze without the skin!
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients together until completely mixed and has reached shake consistency.
  • Sweeten the shake if desired.
