CREAMY SAUSAGE TORTELLINI

Ingredients

  • 24 oz cheese tortellini
  • Aidells Italian sausage chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions
  • Drain pasta. Add sausage to emptied pot. Cook according to package directions.
  • Add cream cheese and tomatoes. Cook until cheese melts.
  • Add spinach and cook until spinach wilts.
  • Mix pasta into sauce mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy!
