large and 1 small head of red cabbage
shredded

apple
peeled and sliced

onion
diced

pound of bacon

cups
of apple juice

of sweet red wine

of red wine vinegar
Instructions
Chop the bacon and cook it in a pan until crispy.
Remove it from the pan, and cook the apple and onion in the bacon grease.
Add all the ingredients into a crock pot and cook for 2-3 hours.
